DELIVERY INFORMATION
The most important information that you need to know is that whatever delivery option you choose our 100% happiness guarantee will always apply.
HOW THE PRODUCTS ARE WRAPPED FOR THE DELIVERY
- Flowers are arranged and delivered in a 100% Eco-wrap that includes the use of biodegradable hydrating fabric (helping us to keep the flowers happy during their overnight carbon-neutral journey), using stunning reused coffee bags of hessian & recycled Kraft paper.
The flowers are then placed in a stylish box complete with a personal message card, a vase (if you have purchased), biodegradable flowers food sachets and care instructions.

If you choose different products from our collection we will present them as described above and condense in as few boxes as possible.
OUR LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE
We offer same day delivery Monday to Saturday within 9 miles from our studio based at The Old Shed, The Rutland Garden Village, Ashwell, Oakham, LE15 7QN Rutland. Please enter your postcode to see if we can offer you same day delivery. If you feel that your delivery postcode is just outside our 9 miles please call us and we may be able to accommodate.
For our local delivery service we charge a flat fee of £5 and the cut off time for this services is 11am.
If you would like to order some flowers for same day delivery after 11am, please call us at 01572 337 394 and we may be able to accommodate.
We do not give delivery time slots.
In the first instance, we always try to deliver directly to the recipient but please note that some commercial addresses will only allow you to deliver to reception or a post room.
We do not accept any responsibility for the failure of post rooms / reception at commercial addresses to deliver flowers to the intended recipient.
If you do not want your flowers being given to a post room, please provide delivery instructions in the field provided on the order form or supply a contact number for the recipient.
If the recipient is not in at a residential address, we will deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place, unless otherwise stated in the special delivery instructions. If the recipient is not at the original delivery address and you would like to offer an alternative delivery address, our delivery team will only deliver to this address if it is within a reasonable distance or can be worked into their delivery route that day. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the delivery address they are sending to and whether they are able to accept flowers (hospitals, for example, don't always allow flower deliveries). We do not accept any liability for incorrect address details leading to incorrect deliveries.
We cannot deliver flowers with incomplete delivery addresses. We are not liable for any deliveries unable to be fulfilled due to forces beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, government lockdowns, mechanical breakdowns, road traffic accidents.
OUR NATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE
We offer next day delivery Tuesday to Sunday across most of mainland UK. Please enter your postcode to see if we cover your area.
For our national delivery service we charge £ 6 and the cut off time for this service is 3 pm.
We do not give delivery time slots. We use a third party service to deliver our postal bouquets. We cannot under any circumstances offer re-deliveries; please give clear instructions as to what to do with the flowers if no one is home.
On the day of your delivery you will receive a notification from our courier advising you of an approximate hour time slot for your delivery, as well as a tracking link where you can provide further instructions for your delivery.
Our flowers leave the workshop at 12pm (noon) for next-day delivery; once the flowers have left our workshop for delivery, we are unable to amend or change the details of delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times is between 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday
Delivery is not available on Sunday.
Hospitals
We always recommend that you check with the hospital before sending a gift. This is because some hospitals or hospital wards do not accept deliveries of fresh flowers. For this reason, we're unable to offer compensation if the hospital refuses delivery. If the hospital does accept flower deliveries, then our courier driver will normally deliver the parcel to reception.
Hotels
We would also recommend that you check with the hotel before sending a gift. Larger hotels may not accept customer deliveries given the longer time it would take to source the recipient. Our courier driver will deliver the parcel to reception, from there it's the responsibility of the person who accepts the order to ensure the gift is delivered to the recipient, in the correct room.
Other Business Addresses
Our couriers can deliver to business addresses. Please bear in mind the opening times of certain offices. Although most deliveries are made before 5pm, the parcel could be turned away should the office/business establishment be closed on arrival.
